These terms describe the standard online offer. A signed quote, order form or mandatory law may add to or override parts of this document.
Lawful use
Services may not be used to violate applicable law, third-party rights, sanctions or court orders. Customers must have a valid basis to host, transmit and record content.
Network abuse
Malware, botnets, credential theft, phishing, unsolicited bulk messaging, deliberate denial-of-service activity, unauthorised scanning and attempts to access other systems are prohibited.
Real-time communications
Customers must obtain any consent required for recording, monitoring or processing communications and must protect access to meetings, recordings and API credentials.
Resource integrity
Activities that threaten shared network stability, evade rate controls or intentionally consume resources outside the purchased service may be limited. Legitimate BigBlueButton media traffic within the plan is expected use.
Response to abuse
BBBNode may investigate credible reports, request corrective action, isolate a system presenting an immediate risk or suspend prohibited activity. Where practical, customers receive notice and an opportunity to remedy.
Reporting
Send abuse reports to support@bbbnode.com with timestamps, source and destination addresses, logs and the affected hostname. Do not send credentials or unrelated personal data.
