These terms describe the standard online offer. A signed quote, order form or mandatory law may add to or override parts of this document.
Information we receive
When you submit an order we receive contact and organisation details, country, tax information, requested hostname, configuration, notes, payment preference, IP address and submission time. We also receive information you send by email or during support.
Why we process it
We use this information to review and fulfil requests, prevent abuse, communicate, invoice, provision infrastructure, meet legal obligations and maintain business records. The legal basis may be steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation or legitimate interests.
Sharing and processors
Information is shared only as necessary with infrastructure, email, payment, accounting and professional service providers, or where required by law. A final quote may identify a particular datacentre or payment provider relevant to the order.
Retention
Rejected or incomplete sales requests are normally removed or minimised when no longer useful. Contract, invoice and security records may be kept for the period required by tax, accounting, limitation and abuse-prevention rules.
Your infrastructure data
Self-managed server content is controlled by the customer. BBBNode may process technical metadata necessary to supply the infrastructure, investigate abuse or perform specifically authorised work. Customers are responsible for privacy notices covering their own users and recordings.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting the address below. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when retention is required by law or necessary for legal claims and security.
